What everyday "stuff" keeps us stuck in life, in business?
What can we do to increase and release energy to carry us through the days and years ahead? How can we stop living as "human-doings", and become "human-beings", with more than enough of all we need so we can give back to the world? What holds us back from moving ahead with full steam? This talk addresses how we communicate; how we think; what we're putting up with in our environments, relationships, and ourselves. We'll look at several areas (mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional) that, when addressed, can help us become our best... for our businesses, our selves, and others.
Lynnea Hagen, M.S. has been a consultant to businesses of all sizes for over 20 years, and a mentor and coach for over 10 years. As a coach, she works with professionals and small businesses to grow their businesses and grow themselves. Focusing on Advanced Leadership Skills, she supports clients to lead others AND lead themselves to be more productive, make more effective use of their time, make more money, and have abundance in other areas of their lives. Her education includes 2 Bachelor degrees (psychology and sociology), a graduate certificate in Information Systems, and a Masters degree in Organizational Development. She is a licensed facilitator for several programs from Coachville, as well as the One Page Business Plan. She is a certified facilitator for The Alternative Board, and a founding member of the International Association of Coaches. She has taught at San Jose State University's Lifelong Learning Institute, and is the owner of Hagen & Co. Consulting, and Abundance Coaching.
