- “APPROVAL ADDICTION OR: If I do everything for you why don't you stay?”
- With: Bonnie Roberts, MA
- Do you have trouble-saying "No" to others?
- Do you avoid confrontation? Uncomfortable situations?
- Do you have trouble setting boundaries? Getting others to respect them?
If you say yes to one of these you may have Approval Addiction. Come and learn how giving up worrying about what others think can finally make your relationships a success. And learn to spot those who come across as strong and set firm boundaries when they are actually being passive-aggressive and even manipulative. Many people in relationships feel like they have few choices and that somehow they need to find a way to "make it work," often without the help of their partner. Don't be one of them!
